HOTEL RENOVATIONS - Scope of hotel renovation services

Conversion and renovation of existing hotels
Management and review of construction drawings and specifications
Utilization of budgeting and cost accounting systems in order to complete projects within budget
Project scheduling and management, with prompt communication of changes
On-site inspections and progress meetings with contractors, architect and owners, ensuring the project meets specifications and brand requirements
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) selection, purchasing and coordination of installation
Identification, collection, execution and follow through of punch list items
BRAND CONVERSION / DISTRESSED PROPERTIES
Today’s economic environment provides a rare opportunity to purchase well-positioned properties in some instances at a deep discount. More than likely this will require a cost to reposition or rebrand the property which most times will involve a PIP and other improvements that may be required by the franchisor.
FF & E
Our unique knowledge of IHG, Hilton and Carlson Brand Interior Design packages provides expertise to create and blend your Hotel's geographical and market driven identity with the cost controls required by today’s realities. We will obtain approvals from the franchisor and once you have committed to the improvement with the franchisor, we can provide design documents, brand coordination, and construction services to implement the renovation and complete the upgrades in a seamless manner.
WATER DAMAGE, ENVELOPE IMPROVEMENTS, MOLD & MILDEW ABATEMENT
Water intrusion and/or mold growth sometimes present themselves over time as chronic problems, other times they occur at the blink of an eye. Focus has the capability to respond with Emergency Services to mitigate and investigate the damages and cause. We have extensive experience to investigate the source and outline corrective measures.
